Performance Problems

Experiencing slow performance or loading issues? Here's how to improve your experience.

Slow Page Loading

General slowness:

• Check your internet connection speed

• Close unnecessary browser tabs

• Try a different browser

• Disable browser extensions temporarily

Gallery loading slowly:

• Large galleries take longer to load

• Try filtering to reduce items displayed

• Clear browser cache

• Use search instead of scrolling

Images not displaying:

• Wait for images to load fully

• Refresh the page

• Check your internet connection

• Try a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R)

Generation Taking Too Long

Normal generation times:

• Images: 10-30 seconds depending on model

• Videos: 1-5 minutes depending on duration and model

• Model training: 15-30 minutes

Generation stuck:

• Wait at least 5 minutes before retrying

• Don't refresh during generation

• Check if the generation appears in your gallery

• If truly stuck, try generating again

Queue times during peak hours:

• Demand varies throughout the day

• Try generating during off-peak times

• All models share infrastructure capacity

Upload Issues

Upload failing:

• Check file size limits

• Ensure file format is supported (PNG, JPG, WEBP)

• Try a smaller file

• Check your internet connection

Upload stuck:

• Don't navigate away during upload

• Large files take longer

• Try compressing the image first

• Refresh and try again if stuck over 2 minutes

Download Issues

Can't download content:

• Check your browser allows downloads

• Try right-click > Save As

• Disable popup blockers

• Check your downloads folder

Download quality wrong:

• Check which resolution you're downloading

• Original resolution vs. generated resolution

• Use the format selector for options

Browser-Specific Issues

If issues persist:

1. Update your browser to latest version

2. Clear cache and cookies

Mobile Experience
