Collaboration is easier when you can share content quickly. Samsa provides multiple ways to share images, videos, and projects with team members and external collaborators.
Via Organization Feed: Content you create automatically appears in the organization feed where team members can view it.
Via Projects:
Add content to a shared project
All project members can access it
Great for campaign-specific collaboration
Direct sharing:
Select the content you want to share
Click the share icon
Choose team members to share with
They receive a notification
Public links:
Select an image or video
Click Share > Create Link
Copy the generated link
Anyone with the link can view the content
Download and share:
Download content to your device
Share via email, messaging, or file sharing
Useful when recipients don't need Samsa access
With team members:
All organization members can see projects by default
Create private projects for restricted access
Assign specific members to projects
With external clients:
Generate shareable project links
Control what clients can see
Revoke access when no longer needed
When creating share links:
Expiration: Set links to expire after a certain time
Password protection: Add a password for sensitive content
Download permissions: Allow or prevent downloads
Use projects for ongoing collaboration: Better organization than individual shares
