General Questions
How many items can I favorite?
There's no limit. Save as many images and videos as you want.
Do favorites count against my storage?
No. Favorites are just bookmarks. They don't create copies or use extra storage.
Can I organize favorites into folders?
Not yet. All favorites appear in one collection. Use the filter buttons to show only images or only videos.
Are my favorites visible to others?
No. Your favorites are private. Only you can see them.
Adding and Removing
I clicked the heart but nothing happened. What's wrong?
Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, check your internet connection. Favorites require a connection to save.
Can I favorite items in bulk?
Not currently. You need to add items one at a time.
I removed something by accident. Can I undo it?
Yes. Find the item in your gallery and click the heart icon again.
Viewing Favorites
Why is my favorites page empty?
You haven't saved any favorites yet. Go to your gallery or projects and click the heart icon on items you want to save.
My favorites aren't loading. What should I do?
Refresh the page.
Check your internet connection.
Try logging out and back in.
If the problem continues, contact support.
Can I download all my favorites at once?
Not currently. You can download items one at a time from the favorites page or detail view.
Syncing
Do favorites sync across devices?
Yes. Your favorites are tied to your account. Access them from any device where you're logged in.
I added a favorite on my phone but don't see it on desktop. Why?
Make sure you're logged into the same account on both devices. Try refreshing the page on desktop.
