Credits are the currency you use to create content in Samsa. Every generation, edit, and enhancement uses credits from your monthly allocation.
Your subscription includes a set number of credits that refresh each billing cycle:

Here's what each action costs:
Image Generation
Standard generation (1K): 5 credits
2K resolution: 10 credits (2x multiplier)
4K resolution: 15 credits (3x multiplier)
Image Editing
Magic Edit: 5 credits
Upscale: 5 credits
Vectorize (SVG export): 5 credits
Variations: 5 credits per image
Outpainting: 5 credits
Video Generation
Base cost: 5 credits per second
Model multipliers apply (1x to 5x depending on model)
Example: 5-second video on a 2x model = 50 credits

Training a custom model: 400 credits
View your current credit balance:
Go to Account Settings
Click Billing & Plans
See your credits used, remaining, and reset date
Unused credits don't carry over to the next month. Your allocation resets on your billing date, so make the most of your monthly credits!

Wait for your monthly reset
Contact support for enterprise options
Start with 1K resolution, upscale only your best images
Use the Subtle variations option (less creative but consistent)
Choose efficient video models for longer content
Train models strategically - they're reusable once trained!
