Creating & Managing Projects

Learn how to organize your work into projects for better content management.

Organizing Your Work with Projects

Projects help you organize your images and videos into logical groups. Whether by campaign, client, or content type, projects keep your creative work tidy and accessible.

Creating a New Project

  1. Click Projects in the main navigation

  2. Click Create New Project

  3. Enter a project name

  4. Optionally add a description

  5. Click Create

Project Structure

Each project contains:

  • Images: All generated and uploaded images

  • Videos: Generated video content

  • Models: Custom models associated with the project

  • Settings: Project-specific configurations

Managing Projects

Rename a project:

  1. Open the project

  2. Click the project settings icon

  3. Edit the name

  4. Save changes

Delete a project:

  1. Open project settings

  2. Scroll to danger zone

  3. Click delete and confirm

Note: Deleting a project removes all its content permanently.

Project Privacy & Sharing

Your projects are always private by default. No one else in your organization can see your projects unless you explicitly share them.

To share a project with your organization:

  1. Go to Projects

  2. Hover over the project you want to share under Your Projects

  3. Click the three dots (⋮) that appear

  4. Click Share

  5. Confirm that you want to share the project

Once shared, the project will appear under Organization Projects for all team members. Until you share it, only you can see and access it.

To unshare a project:

  1. Go to Projects

  2. Find the project under Organization Projects

  3. Hover over the project and click the three dots (⋮)

  4. Click Unshare

The project will be moved back to Your Projects and will no longer be visible to other team members.

Moving Content Between Projects

To move images or videos:

  1. Select the content you want to move

  2. Click the move icon or use the context menu

  3. Choose the destination project

  4. Confirm the move

Project Best Practices

Naming conventions:

  • Use descriptive names: "Summer Campaign 2024" not "Project 1"

  • Include client names if working with multiple clients

  • Add dates for time-sensitive content

Organization tips:

  • One project per campaign or client

  • Separate personal experiments from client work

  • Archive completed projects to keep active list clean

Project Limits

Project limits depend on your subscription plan. Check your plan details for:

  • Maximum number of projects

  • Storage limits per project

  • Collaboration features
