Once you've trained models, you can manage them from the Models section in your dashboard.
Click on Models in the main navigation
View all your trained models
Filter by model type if needed
Search for specific models by name
Each model displays:
Name: The name you gave during training
Type: Person, Style, Object, or Scene
Status: Training, Ready, or Failed
Created date: When the model was trained
Training images: Preview of images used
Open the dropdown below the prompt field, select a model category, then select your model — it's added to your prompt like a building block. Describe the rest of your scene around it and generate.
You can add custom instructions to your models — these are rules the AI follows in all image and video generations using this model.
How to open the Edit Model lightbox:
Models page: Hover over a model and click the Settings icon (gear)
Models page: Hover over a model and click the three-dot menu (top right) then Settings
Prompt Editor: Open a model category, hover the model, and click the Settings icon (gear)
In the Edit Model lightbox, you can add your custom instructions. These are great for corporate guidelines — for example, "always show people from the front" or any brand rules you want the AI to follow.
When you share a model, team members also benefit from these instructions. If the AI isn't following certain rules in your outputs, add them as custom instructions to fix this.
Models are private by default. You can share them with your organization:
Option 1: Open the Edit Model lightbox (see steps above) and click Organisation, then Save
Option 2: On the Models page, hover over the model, click the three-dot menu, then Visibility, and change the privacy settings
When you share a model, team members get access to the model and benefit from your custom instructions.
To delete a model you no longer need:
Go to the Models section
Find the model to delete
Click the delete option
Confirm deletion
Note: Deleted models cannot be recovered. You'll need to retrain if you want the model back.
Depending on your subscription plan, you may have limits on:
Number of active models
Model storage duration
Check your plan details for specific limits.
Model not appearing in list:
Training usually takes around 20 seconds — wait for the notification
Training may have failed — check status
Poor generation results:
Try different prompts
Try reordering your training images
Check training image quality
Add custom instructions to guide the AI
Consider retraining with better images
