Click on Billing History or Invoices
View all past transactions
Subscription charges:
Monthly or annual plan payments
Plan upgrades and downgrades
Prorated charges
Credit purchases:
One-time credit top-ups
Credit package purchases
Details shown:

Payment method used
Invoice number
To download an invoice:
Find the transaction in your history
Click the Download or Invoice button
Invoice downloads as PDF
Use for accounting or expense reports
Each invoice includes:
Invoice number and date
Your organization details
Itemized charges
Tax information (if applicable)
Total amount paid
Payment method
Company details:
Go to Billing > Billing Information
Update company name, address, tax ID
These appear on future invoices
Note: Changes don't apply to past invoices.
If a payment fails:
You'll receive an email notification
Update your payment method
The system will retry automatically
Service continues for a grace period
Download individual invoices:
Click download on any invoice
Export billing summary:
Download a summary of all transactions
Choose date range
Export as PDF or CSV
Depending on your location:
VAT may be added to invoices
Tax ID can be added to billing info
Reverse charge may apply for B2B
