Manage your subscription settings from the billing section of your organization settings.
Go to Organization > Billing
View your current plan and usage
Access subscription management options
To upgrade to a higher tier:
Go to Billing > Change Plan
Select the plan you want to upgrade to
Review the price difference
Confirm the upgrade
New credits are added immediately
What happens when you upgrade:
Additional credits are added to your balance
New team seat limits apply immediately
You're charged the prorated difference
To downgrade to a lower tier:
Go to Billing > Change Plan
Select the plan you want to downgrade to
Review the changes
Confirm the downgrade
Changes take effect at your next billing cycle
What happens when you downgrade:
Your current plan remains active until the billing cycle ends
Lower credit allowance applies from next cycle
Team seats exceeding the new limit will lose access
To cancel your subscription:
Go to Billing > Cancel Subscription
Select a cancellation reason (optional)
Confirm cancellation
Your plan remains active until the billing cycle ends
After cancellation:
You can still use remaining credits
Content remains accessible
Team members retain access until cycle ends
You can resubscribe anytime
Switch from monthly to annual:
Save money with annual billing
Pay upfront for the year
Change takes effect immediately
Switch from annual to monthly:
Change takes effect at renewal
No refunds for unused annual period
Go to Billing > Payment Methods
Add a new payment method
Set it as default
Optionally remove old payment methods
