Download invoices

Access Your Invoice History in the Customer Portal

1. Click on your avatar in the bottom left corner

2. Select "Subscription" from the menu

3. Click "Go To Invoices and Manage Subscriptions" to access the Customer Portal

View and Download Invoices

In the Customer Portal:

1. Navigate to the "Invoice History" section at the bottom

2. Find the invoice you want to download

3. Click on the specific invoice

4. Choose to download either:

   • Invoice (PDF)

   • Receipt (PDF)

What You Can Access

• Complete invoice history

• Detailed billing information

• Downloadable PDF documents

• Both invoices and receipts

Important Notes

• Use the same email address you used to sign up for Samsa

• All documents are available in PDF format

• Access your complete billing history at any time
