How subscription changes are handled regarding billing cycles

Upgrading Your Plan

When you upgrade your subscription:

• New credit allowance is available immediately

• Access to additional features starts right away

• No need to wait for the next billing cycle

Downgrading Your Plan

When you downgrade your subscription:

• Changes take effect at the end of current billing period

• Continue using your current plan's credits until then

• Automatic transition to new plan at renewal

Canceling Your Subscription

When you cancel your subscription:

• Service continues until the end of current billing period

• After cancellation, you can still:

  • Log in to your account

  • Access previously created images and videos

  • Download your existing content

• You will no longer be able to:

  • Generate new images or videos

  • Edit existing images

  • Export SVG files

  • Train new AI models

Timeline Example

Let's say your billing cycle ends on the 15th of each month:

• If you upgrade on the 5th: New benefits start immediately

• If you downgrade on the 5th: Changes apply from the 15th

• If you cancel on the 5th: Access continues until the 15th
