When you cancel your Samsa subscription, here's what happens to your credits:
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle. Both your monthly subscription credits and any top-up credits remain available to use — generations continue exactly as before.
Monthly subscription credits are removed. They were tied to your active plan and are cleared automatically once the period closes.
Top-up credits stay with you. Any top-ups you've purchased remain valid for 1 year from the purchase date and remain spendable on every generation.
To purchase new top-up credits, you need an active subscription. Existing top-ups in your balance, however, continue to work after cancellation.
As the organization owner, you can still open the billing portal (Account Settings → Billing & Plans → "Go to Invoices and Manage Subscription") after cancellation to view past invoices, update payment methods, or resubscribe at any time.
