Not happy with your video? No need to start over. With Samsa's video editing, you can refine any generated video by describing the changes you want — and even apply your trained AI models for brand-consistent results.
As a brand or marketing manager, you know every detail counts. Video editing lets you:
Fix small issues without regenerating from scratch
Swap styles — turn a realistic video into an illustration or branded look
Replace or add people — feature your trained person models
Add products or objects — place your product into any scene using trained object models
Change scenes — update backgrounds or settings
Apply brand consistency — use your custom style models across all videos
Open any video in your gallery
Click the Edit tab
Describe your changes in the prompt editor (e.g. "make the background a sunset beach" or "convert to watercolor style")
Optionally, add your trained AI models:
Click the + button to browse your models by category (Style, Object, Person, or Scene) and click one to add it to your prompt
Or type @ in the prompt editor to open a quick-select menu of your models
Toggle Keep Audio on or off (on by default)
Click Edit Video
Your edited video appears as a new version — the original is always preserved.
This is where video editing gets really powerful. You can reference up to 4 trained models in a single edit:
Model Type | What It Does | Example |
|---|---|---|
Style | Changes the visual style | Turn footage into your branded illustration style |
Person | Replaces or adds people | Feature your brand ambassador in the video |
Object | Swaps or adds objects | Place your product into the scene |
Scene | Changes the environment | Move the action to your store interior |
Just click + or type @ to select a model, then describe what you want in the prompt.
Video editing costs 25 credits per second of video.
Video Length | Credits |
|---|---|
3 seconds | 75 |
5 seconds | 125 |
8 seconds | 200 |
10 seconds | 250 |
Supported formats: .mp4 and .mov
Max file size: 200 MB
Video length: 3–10 seconds
Resolution: 720p to 4K
Max model references: 4 per edit (any combination of style, person, object, scene)
Be specific: "Change the sky to a golden sunset" works better than "make it look nicer"
One thing at a time: Start with a single change, then layer additional edits
Use your models: Trained style or person models give you consistent, on-brand results
Keep it short: Shorter videos (3–5s) edit faster and cost less — perfect for testing
Check audio: If your edit changes the scene significantly, consider toggling audio off to avoid mismatched sound
