Run out of credits before your monthly reset? You can purchase top-up credit packages anytime to keep creating.
Only the organization owner can purchase top-up credits. You also need an active subscription to buy top-ups.

Credits are added to your balance immediately
Validity: Top-up credits are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. After that, unused top-up credits expire.
Consumption order (FIFO): Your subscription credits are always used first. Once your monthly subscription credits are depleted, the system starts consuming top-up credits — oldest purchase first.
They don't reset monthly: Unlike subscription credits, top-up credits don't reset at the start of each billing cycle. They stay in your balance until used or expired.
Go to Account Settings > Credits to see a full overview of your credit balance:
