Subscription Management
Manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your account settings.
Who Can Manage the Subscription
Only the organization owner can access billing and subscription management. If you're an admin or member, contact your organization owner to make changes.
Accessing Subscription Settings
Go to Account Settings > Billing & Plans
Click "Go to Invoices and Manage Subscription"
This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can manage everything

Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade to a higher tier:
Open the Stripe customer portal (see above)
Select the plan you want to upgrade to
Review the price difference
Confirm the upgrade
What happens when you upgrade:
Additional credits are added to your balance
New team seat limits apply immediately
You're charged the prorated difference
Downgrading Your Plan
To downgrade to a lower tier:
Open the Stripe customer portal
Select the plan you want to downgrade to
Review the changes
Confirm the downgrade
What happens when you downgrade:
Your current plan remains active until the billing cycle ends
Lower credit allowance applies from next cycle
Team seats exceeding the new limit will lose access
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
Open the Stripe customer portal
Click Cancel Subscription
Confirm cancellation
After cancellation:
Your plan remains active until the billing cycle ends
You can still use remaining credits
Content remains accessible
Team members retain access until the cycle ends
You can resubscribe anytime
Changing Billing Frequency
Switch from monthly to annual:
Save 20% with annual billing
Change takes effect immediately
Switch from annual to monthly:
Change takes effect at renewal
Updating Payment Method
Open the Stripe customer portal
Go to Payment Methods
Add a new payment method or update your existing one
