Manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your account settings.
Only the organization owner can access billing and subscription management. If you're an admin or member, contact your organization owner to make changes.
Go to Account Settings > Billing & Plans
Click "Go to Invoices and Manage Subscription"
This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can manage everything

To upgrade to a higher tier:
Open the Stripe customer portal (see above)
Select the plan you want to upgrade to
Review the price difference
Confirm the upgrade
What happens when you upgrade:
Your billing cycle resets — a new billing period starts immediately from the upgrade date
You receive the full credit allocation of the new plan
Previously used credits don't carry over — you get a fresh credit balance
New team seat limits apply immediately
You're charged a prorated amount for the upgrade
To downgrade to a lower tier:
Open the Stripe customer portal
Select the plan you want to downgrade to
Review the changes
Confirm the downgrade
What happens when you downgrade:
The downgrade doesn't happen right away — it's scheduled for the end of your current billing period
You keep your current plan, credits, and seat limits until then
A banner in the app shows when the downgrade will take effect
At the start of your next billing cycle:
Your credits reset to the new plan's allocation
Team seat limits are reduced to match the new plan
If your team has more members than the new plan allows, new invitations will be blocked (existing members are not removed)
You can cancel the pending downgrade anytime before your billing cycle ends by upgrading back to your current plan in the Stripe portal
To cancel your subscription:
Open the Stripe customer portal
Click Cancel Subscription
Confirm cancellation
After cancellation:
Your plan remains active until the billing cycle ends
You can still use remaining credits
Content remains accessible
Team members retain access until the cycle ends
You can resubscribe anytime
Switch from monthly to annual:
Save 20% with annual billing
Change takes effect immediately
Switch from annual to monthly:
Change takes effect at renewal
Open the Stripe customer portal
Go to Payment Methods
Add a new payment method or update your existing one
