The Presets page is your central hub for managing all your saved studio configurations. Here you can see all your presets at a glance, create new ones, edit existing ones, and organize them with filters and search.
Each preset card shows the name, thumbnail, linked studio, and visibility status — so you can quickly find what you need.
To edit a preset, click the Edit button on any preset card. This opens the edit view with five tabs:
Update the basics:
Name — rename your preset (max 100 characters)
Description — add or update a description for context
Visibility — switch between private and team
Thumbnail — upload or change the preview image (JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF)
Output settings — adjust aspect ratio, image count (1–4), and resolution (1K, 2K, or 4K)
Active status — toggle whether the preset appears in studio selectors
Delete — permanently remove the preset
Browse the studio's control categories and update your selections. Each category (background, lighting, camera angle, composition, mood, etc.) shows all available options — select or deselect as needed.
Link or unlink custom models and reference images:
Style model — set the visual aesthetic
Object model — reference a specific product or object
Person model — reference a specific person
Scene model — reference an environment or background
Reference image — upload an image to guide the generation
Edit the custom prompt text that gets added to your generation prompt. Choose the position:
Prepend — your text goes before the main prompt
Append — your text goes after the main prompt
View all images that have been generated using this preset. This gives you a visual history of what the preset produces.
After making changes, click Save to update your preset.
Presets become especially powerful when shared across your organization:
Open the preset you want to share
In the Settings tab, switch visibility from Private to Team
If the preset uses private custom models, a confirmation dialog will appear — confirm to share those models with your organization
Your preset is now visible to all team members
Team members can browse and use shared presets in their studio preset selectors, but only the preset owner can edit or delete it.
To stop sharing, simply switch visibility back to Private.
The Presets page gives you several ways to find the right preset:
Studio type — show only presets for specific studios (Packshots, Social Media, Editorial, Cinematic, 3D Rendering)
Ownership — show your own presets, organization presets, or both
Status — filter by active or inactive presets
Latest updated — most recently modified first
Newest — most recently created first
A–Z — alphabetical order
Z–A — reverse alphabetical order
Use the search bar to find presets by name or description in real time.
You can toggle a preset's active status without deleting it:
Active presets appear in the studio's preset selector and can be used for generation
Inactive presets are hidden from studio selectors but stay on your Presets page
This is useful when you want to temporarily retire a preset (like an old seasonal campaign) without losing the configuration.
To toggle: open the preset's Settings tab and switch the Active toggle.
To permanently remove a preset:
Open the preset and go to the Settings tab
Click the Delete button
Confirm the deletion
Only the preset owner can delete it. Once deleted, team members will no longer see or be able to use the preset.
Create a shared preset library — save your brand's standard configurations as team presets so everyone starts from the same base
Use naming conventions — agree on a naming structure like "Campaign — Platform — Variant" (e.g., "Spring 2025 — Instagram — Product Focus")
Keep presets active or inactive — archive old campaign presets by deactivating them instead of deleting
Review the gallery — check a preset's Gallery tab to see what it's been producing and decide if it needs adjustments
Combine with custom models — link your brand's trained models to presets for maximum consistency
